Use a combination of a List, Conditional Logic and Prefilled Text to tailor forms to particular Business Unit Logos
We had a great question come up recently around customising the logo that appears when a form is completed and/or exported.
This was a situation where the client had three different coloured logos, each representing a different business unit.
Initially, we proposed the use of three separate [[Workspace]]s, but understandably for ease of template creation and data tracking, they asked to continue using only one.
As it stands, the Logo used as part of your Workspace set-up is automatically added in - you cannot change it.

To resolve this request, there are two approaches:
### List with Conditional Logic
What was decided upon was to deploy a List with Conditional Logic.
In the example below, a Prefilled Text box has been inserted, and two list items 'Sitemate Logo' and 'Sitemate Words' added.
From here, Conditional Logic was inserted:
> If the Sitemate Logo option was selected, it would show the Logo (without words).
> If the Sitemate Words option was selected, it would show the Logo (with words).
Out on site, the staff would select which Business Unit they are representing from the list of options provided, so when the form is exported, the relevant logo will show.

### Prefilled Text Box across multiple templates
As an alternative option, you could insert a Pre-filled Text Box, and then place the specific logo for the corresponding business unit.
This does mean there would need to be an extra step of identifying the various [[Templates]] for the specific business unit, and then assigning them accordingly.
> E.g. one Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) Template would turn into three, one for each specific business unit.

Hopefully there are plans to customise the Header/Footer Logos in the future, but for now, those are the two work-arounds!
